Note: This applicant did not have Bachelor degree in computing. However, after careful preparation of the application document by our agent, the applicant has successfully passed the CAS assessment. And finally, in the May 2001, the applicant and his family have been granted P.R. Visa.

Note: This case was not very difficult. The applicant's conditions were quite good. However, gathering the information and presenting it to the immigration officer is the key to this case. Our agent had organized the applicant's information very clearly, in the documents the immigration officer could clearly and easily find all the applicant's advantages. Note: The applicant signed the contract with us before finishing his degree in UTS, and that probably was one of the reasons of his success. His application involved sponsor tax returns, letter of employment etc, moreover during his application processing, lots of things happened, his sponsor retired, and some of his documents had been lost by immigration department. However, with the help of our agent, all these unexpected problems had been solved. After 9 months of the lodgment, he was granted P.R.visa.


820 Visa - Spouse Migration

Note: The applicant met her current husband at a friend birthday party. At that time, the applicant only had one month left on her traveling visa. It was not very easy to persuade the immigration officer that the marriage was genuine, considering the short amount of time they courted. The migration agent had to go through every detail of client's situation to prepare the necessary documentation. Note: The client was an overseas student when she met her current husband. Because of failure to meet Australian Immigration Department's school attendance requirement. Her student visa was cancelled which means she had to leave Australia immediately. Making the situation worse, she was having a baby at that moment. The applicant asked her boyfriend (now her husband) came to our office for help. After careful analysis of the situation, we applied for special consideration; the client had been allowed to stay in Australia to give birth of the baby. Meantime, our agent helped the client to apply for her mother to come to Australia. After the client went back to China just three months, the visa has been granted.
